Simple step by step instructions…
I’m not terribly confident at reading recipes. For some reason, I have a mental block when it comes to absorbing the entire recipe in one go and literally have to check every word as I go along, terrified I’m going to miss a crucial step or ingredient and end up with something inedible.
I fare much better when there are concise step by step instructions, accompanied by pretty pictures showing me what my work in progress should resemble. Thank goodness then for technology and the following cooking apps: Nigella’s app and Jamie’s app; but even lovelier is this quirky little intro to The Geometry of Pasta which I came across and simply had to share here:
