Ghost Town (published 1 November) is already riding high in the sales rankings at Amazon and Waterstone’s, currently brushing shoulders with the likes of Jamie Oliver, Keith Richards and the meerkat Aleksandr Orlov (of A Simples Life phenomenon).  It is the latest release in the bestselling Morganville Vampire series by Rachel Caine and it is clear from the rankings that fans are wasting no time biting into the 9th book in the series.
