ADRIAN MAGSON SHORTLISTED FOR EAST MIDLANDS BOOK AWARD

Thriller writer Adrian Magson has been shortlisted for the East Midlands Book Award 2010 for ‘Death on the Marais’, the first book in his new crime series set France in the 1960s and featuring Inspector Lucas Rocco.

Death on the Marais, by Adrian Magson has been shortlisted for the East Midlands Book Award 2010 – for best book published by an East Midlands’ writer. Death on the Marais is a captivating crime novel set in the French countryside in the 1960s and is the first in a new series featuring Inspector Lucas Rocco.

He will be competing against the following books for the £1000 cash prize:

Hemispheres, Stephen Baker
The Newgate Jig, Ann Featherstone
The Rain Diaries, Rosie Garner
Shod, Mark Goodwin

The winner will be announced at Lowdham Book Festival on Monday 20th June 2011.
