Where better to start our National Crime Reading M Where better to start our National Crime Reading Month celebrations than with our author of the month, Christina Koning!

Christina Koning is the author of our newest inter-war crime series, the Blind Detective 🕵️‍♂️🔎

In The Blind Detective, Fred Rowlands, injured war veteran, is working as a switchboard operator in the City when an over-heard telephone conversation draws him into a murder case. He is then swept into the whirl of London on the hunt for the killer of a dancer in Murder in Regent’s Park. The glitz and glamour of 1930s aviation tangles Rowlands in a complex web of suspicion, guilt and deceit in Murder at Hendon Aerodrome. Murder in Berlin sees Rowlands immersed in the German film industry and its dark secrets while a country teeters on the knife-edge of war and a man’s life also hangs in the balance in Murder in Dublin.

Rowlands will return later this year, where his sleuthing will take him to Cambridge and Barcelona.
